At Red Weather Technologies, we are committed to maintaining our customers' privacy.

During the normal course of business, we collect three types of information: personal data, customer correspondence, and web site usage.

Personal data is only collected as part of product sales or upgrade transactions. The data is required for completing purchases and includes name, address, telephone, email address, and credit card information. With the exception of email address, this data is only used for completing the transaction. Email addresses are only used for sending purchase confirmations and occasional product update or other informational notices. Customers may opt out of receiving future product information either when initially providing personal data or at any other time by following the unsubscribe procedure included in the notice.

Customer correspondence includes any communication between an individual customer and Red Weather Technologies. This communication is usually initiated by the customer and related to either product support or general questions. For effective technical support, some customer specific information such as hardware or software configuration may be required. In all cases, we treat the literal contents of any communication as private unless permission to quote some content is explicitly granted. While the literal contents and personal information contained in communications are confidential, any discussion of general ideas and issues with products may be used by Red Weather Technologies as long as there is no reference to customer specific information. Specifically, we reserve the right to incorporate improvements based on customer input into future products without customer consent or remuneration.

When visiting any Red Weather Technologies' web site, basic connection information such as IP address, time of access, and pages visited is collected. This information is used strictly for improving our web site and is never connected with or used to track an individual user. We do not use browser cookies.
